IS HE GOD’S PROPHET?

Steiner was born in 1861 and died in 1925. He was an Austrian who claimed to have been given divine knowledge of prehistory and the evolution and nature of mankind. He was deeply involved in the occult and claimed to be clairvoyant. He used these supernatural sources to create Biodynamic farming and Waldorf (Steiner) schools. As these innovations are gaining popularity today, it is vital to understand who and what is behind them.
Rudolf Steiner claimed that he was a prophet, and that his revelations provided a deeper understanding of Christianity.
But are these claims true? Is there any way to test his accuracy? Do the sacred writings of the various religions show an underlying unity?
Some religions do claim to be “just different paths to the same goal.” Yet even the most basic comparison of religions shows that not only are the paths different, but also the goals. Almost every religion promises to take you to a different goal by a different path from a different beginning, assisted (or hindered) by different gods for different reasons. Some religions, including Biblical Christianity—as will be shown below—expressly claim that they are the only true path and all others are deceptions. It seems likely that the ‘underlying unity’ is either an illusion or a delusion.
Rudolf Steiner said his teachings are “Esoteric Christianity” developed from the teachings of the Bible. If Steiner was indeed bringing us further revelation of God’s truth, his teachings should show a logical and systematic deepening and expanding of Christ’s teachings, just as the New Covenant deepens and expands the Old Covenant. But if they show major contradictions, we must decide whether we believe Rudolf Steiner or Jesus Christ.
First, let’s see what the Bible says about all these religions being “just different paths to the same goal.”
Jehovah God, the God who inspired the Bible, says through his prophet Moses:
“When Jehovah your God cuts off from before you the nations which you go to dispossess, and you displace them and dwell in their land, take heed to yourself lest you are snared and follow them after they are destroyed from before you; and lest you inquire after their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? I, even I, will do so too.’
“You will not do this to Jehovah your God; for everything Jehovah hates and which He detests they have done unto their gods; they even burn their sons and daughters in the fire to their gods.
“All the things I command you, be careful to observe; you will not add to it nor take away from it.” Deuteronomy 12:29 to 32
The Apostle Paul gives people this advice:
Beware, lest anyone rob you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the teachings of men, according to the principles of the world, and not according to the Anointed. For in Him dwells all the fullness of Divinity bodily; and in Him who is the Head of all principalities and powers you also are completed. Colossians 2:8 to 10
Biblical Christianity thus claims to be a unique and complete system which by its very essence cannot be merged with other religions. As we will see, it rejects Steiner’s mixture of religions and philosophies.
All religions claim that their teachings are true. But only one religion allows itself to be tested for both personal and objective truth.
That one is Biblical Christianity. The personal test is simple. Jehovah God says that anyone who seeks Him with his whole heart, mind and being will find Him. We know from personal experience that this is true.
The objective test is more complex. The Bible claims to be God’s record of the past, present and future. It also says that Jehovah God is in ultimate control, and says that the accuracy of God’s predictions is proof that He is God and that the Bible is His book, as shown in Isaiah 46:5 to 10:
“To whom will you liken Me, and make Me equal and compare Me, that we should be alike?
They lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance; they hire a goldsmith, and he makes it a god; they prostrate themselves, yes, they worship.
They bear it on the shoulder, they carry it and set it in its place, and it stands; from its place it shall not move. Though one cries out to it, yet it cannot answer nor save him out of his trouble.
Remember this, and show yourselves men; recall it to mind, O you transgressors. Remember the former things of eternity, for I am God, and there is no other God, there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from the past things which were not yet done, saying, ‘My purpose shall stand, and I will do all My desire,’”
Indeed, nearly a third of the Bible is prophecy, much of it concerning events leading up to the rapidly approaching return of Jesus Christ.
As we shall show, Rudolf Steiner’s claims about the past and predictions for the future are incompatible with the Biblical record. First, let’s look briefly at the real facts about the past and the present.
The Bible has proven to be an extremely reliable history of the Middle East over the past four thousand years. Many major archaeological discoveries have begun with a study of the Bible. The Bible’s accuracy throughout this time period is without equal among the sacred writings of any other faith.
The Biblical model would result in a world with massive layers of sedimentary (water-deposited) rock containing billions of fossils. Many of these sedimentary rock formations would be very widespread and show evidence of catastrophic formation due to the effects of a violent world-wide flood. The fossils would in many cases be of plants and creatures that died out during or after the flood. Yet they would still show a pattern of distinct, separate kinds, not the continuous spectrum which evolution requires. The fossils of currently existing kinds would show only minor differences from their present species. These differences would be due to changes in the environment triggering built-in adaptive variation programmed in their DNA. We would also see an increase in inherited defects over time as the original perfect DNA slowly deteriorates.
The Biblical Flood would also be followed by an extreme ice age as the massive energy and volcanic ash released into the atmosphere during the breaking up of the ‘fountains of the deep’ resulted in warm oceans surrounding cold land masses. This would trigger a run-away glaciation event which would likely take several hundred years to reach its maximum ice depth. And in the world and its rocks, what we see exactly matches what the Biblical account predicts. Even history indicates that we are currently in the final stages of glacier loss following this ice age.
Over the last few decades, even evolutionary geologists have been forced by the evidence to concede that many of their previously celebrated examples of long and slow processes are actually remnants of catastrophic events.
In Steiner’s version of the creation of our universe, everything began as pure spirit. Under the influence of Ahriman, this spirit began to harden into physical matter. As it hardened, humanity began to appear, evolving through a grotesque series of increasingly physical bodies developing on Saturn, the Sun and the Moon. Steiner avoids the problem of moving our developing bodies from one location to another by claiming the Earth once included Saturn, the Sun and the moon. Each of these bodies were ejected from the earth as we moved on to the next stage. As humans evolved into our current Earth form, we developed more specialized limbs and sense organs. We eventually acquired individual identities (supposedly beginning with John the Baptist) rather than a broad group ego which all the early beings shared.
Steiner believed that our current human forms are fully hardened. In accord with his Gnostic beliefs, Steiner characterises the physical creation as essentially evil, unlike Jehovah God who said it was originally ‘very good’. Now, with the help of Lucifer and using Jesus as his example, he claims we are beginning the reverse process back to fully spirit beings, though we will retain our individual egos. Steiner expands on this theory in his book Cosmic Memory, which also examines the continuation of this process on Earth, where he claims we evolved through (among others) the Hyperborean, Lemurian and Atlantean stages and diverged into male and female forms.
It is obvious that Steiner does not believe anything that the Bible says about the creation of our universe, or the creation and destiny of mankind. He also rejects what Jesus said about these issues, as Jesus clearly taught that Genesis is true, as shown in Mark 10:6, Mark 13:9, Luke 16:31 and Luke 24:27. How can anything else Steiner says about Christianity be trusted?
We believe that God is capable of preserving a trustworthy record for us to study and learn from. We believe the Bible is that record. Steiner admits every word of John’s Gospel is important and true. That also applies to the rest of the Bible as Jesus himself states: “Truly, I say to you, that until heaven and earth pass away, not even one Yohd or one stroke will pass from the Instructions until everything has happened.” (Matthew 5:18) Paul also stresses the reliability of Scripture in his second letter to Timothy in verses 3:14 to 4:5.
In stark contrast, we are not aware of any prophecies that Steiner gave which have been fulfilled. One of particular note is his “Michael Prophecy”, in which Steiner claims that all of the key players in his anthroposophy movement in the 1920s would be reincarnated near the end of the twentieth century and unleash a massive regeneration of anthroposophy beginning in 2012. That has clearly NOT happened. This is what Jehovah God says about such false prophets:
‘But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in My Name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet shall die.’
“And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which Jehovah has not spoken?’; when a prophet speaks in the name of Jehovah, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which Jehovah has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him. Deuteronomy 18:20 to 22
Real faith is based on what Jesus Christ has revealed to us and has had recorded in the Bible, not on what some self-appointed prophet, cult or denomination tells us we should believe. One way of deciding if a revelation is from God or from the Deceiver is whether that revelation compliments or clashes with God’s Word, which is “a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105)
The Holy Bible teaches that there is only one true God whose Hebrew name is Jehovah—which means Eternal, Self-Existent Creator. (See Exodus 6:3 and John 17:3) Thousands of years ago that One decided to Create. His first act was to bring forth a child—a God-Child (See Revelation 3:14 and Proverbs 8:22 to 36.) That Child was Jesus Christ. It was He who led the Israelites out of Egypt and spoke the Ten Commandments to them. Christ only reached full adult God-hood as a result of his faithfulness during the Crucifixion. (Hebrews 5:5-9) Re-read vs 9: “He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.” It is not me, not you, not Steiner, but Christ we must obey. As Paul states in Romans 6:16 “Do you not know that to whoever you present yourselves to obey, you are bonded as slaves to him who you obey, if your ear listens to sin or if to righteousness?”
Let’s look at some of Steiner’s comments on the Gospel of John. He states the correct rendering of “wilderness” in John 1:23 is “solitary one”, and that it refers to John the Baptist claiming to have a personal ego instead of a group ego. The same Greek word is used in John 3:14, 6:49, Acts 7:30, 36, 38, 42, 44 and a dozen other places—every time referring to desolate places. Please take a close look at these scriptures. How can ‘eremos’ realistically mean “a solitary one”? And there is not even one place in the entire Bible where God teaches that any man or woman ever had a ‘group ego’.
Steiner also claims that the story of Lazarus in John chap. 11 is really John’s “Christian Initiation”. Yet Jesus, in verse 14, says plainly “Lazarus is dead.” Steiner claims Jesus put ‘Lazarus’ into a trance. But vs. 11 and 22 tell us that Lazarus was already dead days before Jesus came to Bethany to restore him, and Martha says that by then his corpse was stinking (vs 39). Steiner claims that it was only after Jesus openly exposed the Pharisees’ Mystery Rites to the people during the Lazarus incident that they began to oppose him. But vs. 8 tells us that the Jews had already tried to stone him on a previous visit to Judea, and it was for exposing them as self-righteous hypocrites (Matthew 23:13 to 33).
As Jesus reveals in vs 4, Lazarus’s death and resurrection demonstrate that the Son of God has power over death. Verse 44 shows that his disciples have a part in freeing a man from death.
Real Christian Initiation is shown in Acts 2:1-38 and Acts 10:34-48. It is immersion (the actual meaning of ‘Baptiso’) in water and in the Holy Spirit and the latter is only done by Jesus Christ (See Luke 3:16). Acts 2:38 and 39 shows us that God demands that we repent (turn away from our sins) before He will grant us Immersion in His Spirit. The actual Immersion is completely unlike Kundalini, which is violent and goes from the base of your spine upwards. Immersion in the Holy Spirit begins at the crown of your head and flows down into your body. It is powerful and yet loving and gentle at the same time. I am still awed by the incredible precision and control Christ used when He immersed me in His Spirit.
It is this immersion that is the deepest proof of our acceptance by Christ (See Ephesians 1:13). This is one of the great mysteries of Christianity. It is Jehovah’s Spirit dwelling in Jesus Christ that makes him one with his Father. It is Jehovah’s Spirit dwelling in us that make us one with Jesus and his Father and with each other (See John 17:20-26). The Immersion actually unites our spirit with God’s Spirit in a bond that can only be broken by a deliberate decision on our part to turn against God. It is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that gives us the strength to withstand Satan, that reveals to us God’s will and enables us to understand God’s Word. As we continue to walk in the Spirit we are being perfected by the working of the Holy Spirit in us.
Sadly, Steiner understood nothing about the indwelling of God’s Spirit. Instead, he decided that he would mutilate the existing Gospels, and even that was not enough for him.—He had the audacity to invent his own “Fifth Gospel” in which he ‘inverts’ much of what is in the four real gospels. Surely this scripture applies to him: “I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: whoever adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and whoever takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the trees of life, and from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” (Revelation 22:18-19).
Steiner claims that Jesus was just a man who had reached a high level of development after many reincarnations and he only “became” the Christ when he was filled with the ‘Christ Impulse’ at the time of his water baptism by John the Baptist. When Jesus’s blood flowed onto the ground, he says that the ‘Christ Impulse’ then left Jesus and became one with the being of the earth.
To give some credence to this claim he suggests that Joseph was Jesus’s physical father and that the “virgin birth” was spiritual. If this is true why does Mary ask Gabriel in Luke 1:34 how can she bring forth a son when she has never known a man? Why does Luke in 3:23 say that Jesus was Joseph’s son “as was supposed”? Why does Matthew in his genealogy say “Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus who is called Christ”, instead of “Joseph begot Jesus” as in the rest of his genealogy, thus avoiding actually naming Joseph as his biological father? (Matthew 1:16) Why does God send an Angel to Joseph to assure him that she hasn’t been with another man if he thinks he is the father? (Matthew 1:20) Why do vs 24 and 25 tell us that he never ‘knew’ her until after Jesus was born?

If you believe that the Son of God is merely the result of an illegitimate union as Steiner teaches, you must reject the Bible, as you have another gospel and another Jesus (Galatians 1:6 to 9).
Reincarnation is a fundamental part of Steiner’s beliefs. He teaches that we have all gone through millions of years of reincarnations, evolving through various semi-human stages until we become human, and even then we ‘evolve’ through the various races of mankind until we reach the pinnacle: blond-haired, blue-eyed Aryans—like Steiner. At this point Steiner is in agreement with Hitler’s racist Nazi beliefs. And if we live unworthy lives, we can go backwards, and be reincarnated as animals again. (a concept taken from Hinduism.)
Reincarnation contradicts the teachings of the Bible, which reveals that each of us are given one life, followed by a resurrection. Resurrection means that the dead shall be restored to life at one of the two resurrections in the future: the resurrection of God’s saints, and the resurrection of everyone else. We will be raised with a full memory of our previous life and judged for our faith and our actions (Revelation 20:4 to 6). The Bible also teaches that after we die, we know nothing until our resurrection. (See Ecclesiastes 9:5 & 6 and Psalm 146:1 to 4.—the last phrase in vs 4 is literally “In that very day his thinking perishes.”—so it was impossible for Steiner to communicate with the ‘spirits of the dead’. Instead he was being taught lies by Satan’s fallen angels).
And did Jesus Christ go through this convoluted series of evolution and reincarnations? The name Jesus Christ is the Greek version of the Hebrew “Jeshua Messiah”. In Aramaic, Hebrew and Greek the name means “The Anointed Salvation of God”. The Christ simply means “The Anointed”. It does not mean “the Anointing” as Steiner suggests. John’s baptism was indeed the time of the anointing, but it says nothing of Jesus being filled with Christ. Instead it tells us that the Spirit of God descended like a dove and alighted on him (See Matthew 3:16, Mark 1:10, Luke 3:22). The Christ (meaning God’s Anointed) is Jesus’s title, not an “Impulse”. That this is true is shown by the fact that Jesus is also referred to as Christ before his baptism.—See Luke 2:11 & 26 and Matthew 1:18 & 2:4. Psalm 2:6 literally says “Yet I have anointed my King on my holy hill of Zion.” This Psalm tells us of the Son of God’s anointing on two levels; once long ago in the highest Heaven and once again on earth (God uses Zion in both senses in many places in scripture).
The Apostle John carefully makes sure we know that Jesus and the Christ are one and the same person. In John 1:14 he plainly tells us that the Word (Logos) became flesh and dwelt among us. In John 1:18 Jesus is identified as “the only begotten God” in many Greek manuscripts. In vs 29 and 30 John tells us that John the Baptist identified Jesus (specifically Jesus, called Jeshua in the Aramaic Peshitta) as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. And in 1 John 2:22 he lays it on the line: “Who is a liar? Is it not everyone who denies that Jeshua is the Anointed? This one is a fake Messiah.” Note that it is the Apostle John who says this.
Steiner claims that John has the same “esoteric” understanding as himself, but Steiner denies that Jesus is the Christ, identifying himself as a liar and a fake by John’s own words.
Saul, (later called Paul) in Acts 9:22, spent his time proving that Jesus is the Christ. Peter, in Acts 5:29-32, plainly tells us that Jesus has been exalted to God’s right hand in heaven. They do NOT tell us that Christ is the Spirit of the earth, but they DO tell us that Satan is currently the spirit of this world.
Steiner claims that Osiris, Buddha, and others were all manifestations of the ‘Christ Impulse’. The Bible clearly shows that there is only one Christ. See the first chapter of Hebrews for proof of this. We can become one with Christ in our spirits as we showed you above. But that makes us children of God and heirs with Christ, not more Christs! (Rom 8:14-17)
b. The purpose of the Association is to conduct and maintain educational facilities and programmes for pre-school and school age children and to nurture and educate children on the basis of the educational philosophies of Rudolf Steiner.
c. The Association will serve educational and cultural aims and will not as an Association pursue any particular religious or political goals.
So, the school is entirely based on the philosophies and principles of Rudolf Steiner. No religious goals? Do not be deceived. Steiner’s entire motivation was to promote his religions of anthroposophy, “Occult Science” and “Esoteric Christianity”. In a similar way, Roman Catholic schools are intended to promote Catholicism, which is their own version of paganism rebadged as Christianity (As shown in The Catholic Chronicles).
Let’s read some extracts from Wikipedia’s article on Waldorf Education:
Many of Steiner’s ideas influenced the pedagogy of the original Waldorf school and still play a central role in modern Waldorf classrooms (reincarnation, karma, the existence of gnomes, eurythmy).
One study conducted by California State University at Sacramento researchers outlined numerous theories and ideas prevalent throughout Waldorf curricula that were patently pseudoscientific and steeped in magical thinking. These included the idea that animals evolved from humans, that human spirits are physically incarnated into “soul qualities that manifested themselves into various animal forms”, that the current geological formations on Earth have evolved through so-called “Lemurian” and “Atlantean” epochs, and that the four kingdoms of nature are “mineral, plant, animal, and man”. All of these are directly contradicted by mainstream scientific knowledge and have no basis in any form of conventional scientific study…. The inaccuracies present in Waldorf textbooks, however, are the result of a mode of thinking that has no valid basis in reason or logic.
In 2008, Stockholm University terminated its Waldorf teacher training courses... stating “the syllabus contains literature which conveys scientific inaccuracies that are worse than woolly; they are downright dangerous”.
Is this where you should send your children? Should such bizarre schools be getting government support?
Like his schools, Steiner’s farming methods are built on the teachings that the “Vulcan Supermen” (or the “spirits of the dead”) imparted to him after they were allowed to ‘enter into him’. Few people know what absurdities lurk behind this produce at their local farmers market:
Does this sound like science to you, or like the ravings of a madman? How about the most important ‘fertiliser’ used in biodynamics:
Formula 500 is the original soil spray made from fresh biodynamic cow manure stuffed in a cow horn and buried in rich biodynamic topsoil for 4-6 months over the winter. In winter the soil is filled with Sun-life-forces. These forces cause seed germination; root development and growth of the plant as well as humus formation in the soil. These forces described by Steiner as “an immense Ethereal and Astral force” are preserved in the cow manure in the horn and transform it to horn manure.
To unlock these preserved forces the horn manure is placed into a rhythmical Sun movement created in water. We create this rhythmical movement by hand or using a stirring machine or flow forms. The stirring is a spiralling in and out by creating vortices in the water first in one direction then in the opposite direction. The water becomes infused with these immense forces after an hour of stirring. We are then able to spray these forces out with the water onto our soil.
These procedures have clearly departed from rational farming and are firmly in the area of sorcery, as are these supposed compost-enhancing preparations: stuffing yarrow flowers into a red deer stag’s bladder (BD502) and oak bark into the skull of a goat and burying it in a swamp in autumn during the descending period of the moon (BD505).
If there is superior quality to biodynamic produce compared to conventional chemically grown produce, it is because it is essentially organically grown. Adding witchcraft to the process perverts farming into a spiritually destructive activity for those involved in it (See Deuteronomy 18:9 to 14).
And how do we really get good food and worthwhile lives? It all comes from the blessings of Jehovah God:
“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of Jehovah your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that Jehovah your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of Jehovah your God:
Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.” Deuteronomy 28:1-5
God is not an anthroposophist. As far as He is concerned there is only one true religion and that is the one He gives to us in his Word. God asks us through his prophet Elijah; “How long will you falter between two opinions? If Jehovah is God, follow him; but if Baal, then follow him.” (See First Kings 18:21. The whole of chapter 18 shows God’s attitude to false religions).
Jesus also warns us: “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in it. How narrow is the gate and strict is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. Beware of false prophets, who come among you clothed as lambs, but within they are ravenous wolves.” (Matthew 7:13 to 15). Jeshua (Jesus) goes even farther when He says “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘My Lord, My Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but whoever does the will of My Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 7:21) So being a follower of Christ doesn’t simply mean saying you are a Christian, it also means knowing the will of God and doing it. The Bible reveals the will of God. Please!! Read it!
God does not command us to concentrate on developing our egos and “astral bodies” to prepare ourselves for receiving His Spirit. He does command us to meditate on his Law (Psalm 1). He does command us to obey Him and Him alone. With the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20) He sets out the absolute minimum requirements that flow from the two greatest commandments: “You shall love Jehovah your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind.” and “You shall love your neighbour as yourself.” (Matthew 22:36 to 40) He does command us to recognise our failure to keep his law (our sins) and accept his forgiveness (1 John 1:8 to 10). He does command us to teach his words diligently to our children (Deuteronomy 6:5 to 7).
The Bible teaches that we are composed of a body, soul and spirit. (See 1 Thessalonians 5:23 and Hebrews 4:12-13) Our soul is in our blood as Leviticus 17:13-14 correctly translated reads: “...he shall pour out its blood and cover it with dust for it is the soul of all flesh. Its blood sustains its soul...for the soul of all flesh is its blood.” Thus it was Jeshua’s soul that was poured out unto the earth, not his spirit or the ‘Christ Impulse’ as Steiner claims. Jeshua’s spirit returned to God his Father until he came back to life. See Luke 23:46 and Ecclesiastes 12:7.
Jeshua teaches the necessity of repentance: “...unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” (See Luke 13:1-5) To repent means “to change one’s mind”. The change that He wants is for us to submit to God as the supreme authority in our lives. Adam and Eve’s sin in the Garden of Eden was to believe Satan instead of God, thus placing Satan in the usurped position of Ruler over this earth. God has permitted this for six thousand years (which may finish soon) so we can see what happens when we follow Satan. The result has been six thousand years of pain and death, which will culminate in a series of massive environmental disasters and devastating wars that would totally extinguish life from Earth if Jeshua did not return to stop us and repair the damage. (See 2 Peter 3:10-13, Matthew 24:22 and Revelation 11:18.)
Jeshua did not only pay the price for Adam and Eve’s first sin, he paid the price for every sin that every one of us has ever committed. As the only true Son of God and our Creator, his life is worth more than the life of every creature that has, is or will ever, live on earth.
Steiner suggests that we can work off our debts (sins) by doing good to someone who we once wronged. He is ignoring the fact that doing good is merely what God expects us to do all the time. Doing one thousand good things cannot undo even one evil act. That is like saying it’s all right to mutilate someone if we later come back and pay for their plastic surgery. We can never fully repair the damage we do with a cruel word or deed. Only God is able to do that. If it was possible for us to earn remission for our sins, then there would have been no need for Jeshua Christ, the Messiah, to die in our place (See Hebrews 9:11-28 and Romans 8:1-11). God wants perfect peace, nothing less, and that is one of His gifts to us. The Bible teaches that the wages of sin is death—total annihilation. (Romans 6:23—He makes an exception for Satan and his demons—Rev.20:10.) God’s gift, offered through Jeshua the Messiah, is everlasting life. (Romans 5:18 to 21, 6:23, John 3:16) Everlasting life is not something we already have, as a look at Genesis chap. 3 will show. Satan’s first lie to mankind was his claim that we have inherent everlasting life. Rudolf Steiner obviously believed this lie.
Steiner also believed that we are trapped in the physical world, which he regarded as an inferior place to the “spirit world”. God said that his physical creation was “very good” (See Genesis chapter 1, esp. vs 31) Jehovah’s love of this creation is so great that he plans to make Earth the location of his “capital city”, (see Revelation Chapter 21) thus welding Heaven and Earth into one.
God, through His son Jeshua, is offering each one of us a place with Him in His New Jerusalem. His offer includes an immortal body composed of spirit which will have abilities which we can not even begin to understand now. (See Philippians 3:18 to 21 and 1 Corinthians 15:35 to 58) Do not let anyone deprive you of this generous gift.
Please study God’s Word and see if these things are true. Do not let anyone’s teachings take precedence over the Instructions of God.

By 1921, in lecture 14 of his “Materialism and the Task of Anthroposophy” series Steiner says his followers must ‘unite themselves’ with ‘Vulcan supermen’ and other extraterrestrial spirit beings as he has done.
